OrgVeda products are Ayurvedic wellness products intended for external use only (face masks, car/room fresheners). 4. Pricing and Payment

•        All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST

•        OrgVeda reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice

•        Prices at the time of order confirmation are final for that transaction

•        We accept payment via the methods available on our website at the time of purchase

•        Payment is due in full at the time of order placement

•        OrgVeda does not store payment card details; all transactions are processed by secure third-party payment gateways

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order by OrgVeda. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In the event of cancellation by OrgVeda, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and OrgVeda is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on orgveda.in — including the OrgVeda name, logo, product names (Ayur Lung Care, VayurFresh), product descriptions, images, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of OrgVeda and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OrgVeda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.
