Refund policy

1. Our Return Policy - Overview

Due to the personal nature of Ayurvedic wellness products (face masks, air fresheners with herbal ingredients), OrgVeda does not accept returns or process refunds for the following reasons:

        Change of mind

        Personal preference regarding scent, fragrance, or experience

        Mild variation in herb aroma between batches (natural variation in Ayurvedic products)

        Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong quantity, wrong product selection)

We strongly recommend reading full product descriptions, ingredients, and FAQs on our website before placing an order.

2. Eligible Return and Refund Scenarios

OrgVeda will accept return requests and process store credit refunds only in the following situations:

        Wrong product delivered: You received a product different from what you ordered

        Damaged product: The product arrived in a damaged, broken, or unusable condition

        Defective product: The product has a manufacturing defect that renders it ineffective or unsafe

        Missing items: Part of your order was not included in the delivery

3. Conditions for a Valid Return Claim

To be eligible for a return and store credit, the following conditions must be met without exception:

        The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

        The product must be in its original, sealed packaging (for wrong product claims) or the packaging damage must be visible

        An unboxing video is mandatory — a continuous, unedited video that begins before the outer packaging is opened and clearly shows the product, packaging condition, and the issue

        Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be submitted alongside the unboxing video

        The claim must be submitted by email to orgvedaproducts@gmail.com with your Order ID, name, and evidence attached

Important: Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or store credit under any circumstances. We recommend recording an unboxing video for every OrgVeda order you receive.

 

4. Refund Method — Store Credits Only

OrgVeda does not issue cash refunds, bank transfers, or refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances. All approved refunds are issued exclusively as OrgVeda Store Credits.

        Store Credits are issued to the email address associated with your OrgVeda account

        Store Credits can be used on any future purchase on orgveda.in

        Store Credits have no expiry date

        Store Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside the OrgVeda platform

5. Refund Timeline

Upon verification and approval of a valid return claim:

        OrgVeda will acknowledge your claim within 2 business days of receipt

        Upon approval, Store Credits will be issued within 5 to 7 business days

        You will receive an email confirmation once Store Credits have been added to your account

6. Return Shipping

For approved return claims where physical return of the product is required, OrgVeda will provide instructions regarding return logistics. Return shipping costs for verified claims (wrong product, damaged product) will be borne by OrgVeda. Products must be returned in their original packaging unless the packaging itself is the subject of the damage claim.

7. How to Raise a Return Claim

Follow these steps to submit a valid return claim:

1.     Record an unboxing video before opening the outer packaging.

2.     Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the specific issue.

3.     Email orgvedaproducts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

4.     Use the subject line: "Return Claim — Order ID [Your Order ID]"

5.     Include in the email: your full name, Order ID, the issue description, photographs, and the unboxing video (or a link to it via Google Drive or similar).

6.     Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

8. Non-Returnable Situations — Summary

The following situations are explicitly not eligible for returns or store credits:

        Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (except where the defect is the subject of the claim)

        Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery

        Claims submitted without an unboxing video

        Dissatisfaction with scent, aroma, or personal experience

        Allergic reactions where the customer failed to review the ingredient list prior to purchase

        Damage caused by customer misuse or improper handling
