Shipping policy

1. Free Shipping

OrgVeda offers free shipping on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. The price you see at checkout is the final price - no additional delivery charges.

2. Processing and Dispatch Time

All OrgVeda orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your tracking number and logistics partner details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

•        Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2 to 4 business days

•        Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4 to 6 business days

•        Remote and rural areas: 6 to 10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors outside OrgVeda's control, including logistics delays, extreme weather events, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Coverage

OrgVeda currently ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of order, you will be notified during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email to orgvedaproducts@gmail.com's registered communication and to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You may also contact us at orgvedaproducts@gmail.com with your order number to request a tracking update.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer being unavailable, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. A re-shipping charge may apply for re-dispatch of returned shipments where the error was on the customer's part.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. If damage is noticed only upon opening, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and an unboxing video.

8. Important Notes

•        OrgVeda is not responsible for delays caused by the logistics partner after dispatch

•        Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order has been dispatched

•        OrgVeda is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order
